Managing Email Preferences

In Email preferences, you can choose which Centrapay emails you receive. These include:

• Daily Settlement - sent daily, with the settlement breakdown for each merchant site.
• Billing Invoice - sent monthly, covering the business's Centrapay fees for the month.

Turn a Subscription On or Off

1. If you're not already in the Business Portal, log in .

2. Select Settings in the left-hand navigation.

3. Open Email preferences.

   

4. Switch a subscription on to subscribe, or off to unsubscribe.
